SYMPHONISCAPES 1
Nihat Emin Güven
Wondian National Philharmonic Orchestra
Symphoniscapes are relatively short musical pieces about 10-20 minutes
long, written in ad libitum form with somewhat dramatic or picturesque
fabric weaved with a freedom of style. The word "symphoniscape" was
devised by combining these two words, "symphony" and "landscape," which
I believe is a better representation of their peculiar form with
symphonic texture. I actually deem them as attempts to interpret my own
spontaneous feelings and thoughts about a concept, a human condition or
a landscape, using the language of music and the color palette of a
symphonic orchestra...
